Refund policy

Returns 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, customers must contact us first for approval and return instructions. 

Do not send items back without authorization.

Return Conditions 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Return Address 

Approved returns are sent to our U.S. return processing address provided after approval.

Refunds 

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable Items 

Worn items, damaged items caused by misuse, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges 

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
